Our key varieties include Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Rosé and Pinot Noir, all made from the highest quality of grapes from the North Canterbury Wine Region. These wines, reflecting all that is good about wine, are made for sharing with others.
A complex Chardonnay that combines varietal flavours augmented by the impact of fermention aromas contributed by natural yeast. The wine is supported by a fullness and creaminess derived from extended time on yeast lees in barrel and a small amount of residual sugar to balance a refreshing acidity.

Flavours of tropical fruit and herbal notes have been derived from the careful selection of various areas of our best blocks in the Waiata Vineyard situated in the Waipara Valley. The full flavours and tight structure of the palate reflect the intrinsic qualities of the Waipara Valley vineyard. The wine has been made with a moderate acidity level to complement the flavours and provide balance without dominating. A small amount of residual sugar enhances body and balance in what is a generous and complex wine.

The palate is full and lush with ripe fruit flavours delightfully counter balanced by a soft phenolic structure that imparts a sense of opulence. Apple, custard and quince flavours complexed with a touch of ginger provide an excellent combination of tastes that linger on the palate well after the wine has gone.

A medium-bodied wine with a luscious palate weight and complexity. The juice from free run Pinot Noir has given this wine a lovely soft texture balanced by a refreshing acidity and a small amount of residual sugar. The fruit characters of the Pinot Gris blended with the Pinot Noir has further enhanced the intensity of flavours that linger on the palate well after the wine has been consumed.

The wine delivers elegant Pinot flavours in a mid-weight, attractive style that showcases varietal flavours. These vibrant, varietal flavours are complemented by firm tannins and well balanced use of oak that does not dominate the wine. The palate is full but soft with great length of flavour and finishes dry with perfect weight and mouthfeel to create a wine of wide appeal.
